I NEED A TIME-OUT

I'm going to take some time off for medical reasons.  I'm going to have surgery probably a week from today & I am in some discomfort so it is hard to type.  I WILL be back (this is too much fun to stop) definitely by March--maybe earlier.  I will be reading your blogs, but probably not commenting until then.

Love you all----fishducky

  2. Don't worry about the comments. You go and get the surgery. You will be up and running in no time ( or rather swimming), since you are the FishDucky. Cheers !

  3. Good luck, and get back soon. I go Wednesday to have them break up a kidney stone. Should be a blast!

Sounds like your procedure is a bit more complicated. I will throw in a little prayer for it's success...It couldn't hurt!

  5. Dear Fran, I am so sorry to learn that you are experiencing physical problems. I hope the operation is not a difficult one and that all goes well during the operation and also during recuperation. I will start visualizing you surrounded by healing white light. That light shines through your pores and into all your organs. Down into your feet and down your arms to your fingertips and up your neck to your brain. It is from there that your own healing thoughts will come. I've been absent from blogging so many times and always when I've come back, readers like you have returned to my blog. And so I hope you know that all of us will be awaiting your return and will welcome you back. And also that no one expects any comments while you are recuperating and even after that. Be gracious to yourself. Peace.

  11. Medical challenges are always a pain. Often in more than one way.

I do hope the surgery goes well, and that you rest comfortably afterwards. In a gown of your own making, perhaps.

    Blessings and Bear hugs!

  13. Feel better. I too will be taking a tiny break, but for mental reasons... and lack of internet. We are going on vacation... And I'm a big believer in the "we paid a lot of money to BE where we are at that moment", so yeah... no computer, no ipods... the kids are going to (eye roll) LOVE it.
