ANIMALS ARE JUST LIKE US EXCEPT THEY'RE FURRIER AND/OR HAVE MORE FEATHERS

My kids came out here from Connecticut last week &
brought me one more Christmas present--this watch.
I love it!!

Today's post:

Fortunately, just like Dr. Doolittle,
I can understand what animals mean
when they bark, meow, tweet, roar or even moo.
It doesn't matter if they're domesticated or wild.
This is what they're saying:

I can keep this thing going forever!!

I wonder when that taxi's gonna get here.

I don't know why I'm fixing this.
The only time they let me ride in it is when
they're taking me to the vet.

Nobody helps me in this house!!

Are you sure this is the dog park?

Another Saturday night without a date.

C'mon--give him a right paw to the kisser!!

When you said free room & board
I didn't think I'd have to help around the house.

You think you're tough?
I'll show you tough!!

Stop me if you've heard this one.

Stewardess, I'd like a Diet Coke, please.

Look at me--I'm a flamingo!!

Peekaboo--I see you!!

I love this outfit--it goes with everything.

Get off!!

Aaw, mom, I don't want a haircut.
All the guys at school are wearing their hair long.

I just got this necklace at the Sand Dollar Store.

I'd better call the exterminator--
The parasites here are huge!!

Like my new toenail polish?

And now my impression of a wolf howling at the moon...

Where'd that kid go?

You want a piece of me?

This lovely bridal ensemble was featured on TV's
"Say Yes to the Feathers"

(A lot of these pictures were sent to me by my "Ducky" Carole)

These cartoons were sent by Dee
(http://cominghometomyself.blogspot.com)
a long time ago.
I just found them:

And one I found:

If a pig loses its voice, is it disgruntled?----fishducky

  1. More fur, more feathers, and more brains.
I don't see the cats or the birds worrying about bills, or untidiness, or the state of the world...
So long as dinner is on time, all is right with the world.

    1. Many animals (including fishducky) are naturally funny--but hamsters have trouble remembering punchlines!!

  4. A great way to start the day. We have a few of those 'nutty' squirrels around here. And that horse...OMG...that beautiful horse. The Fabio of horses.

  5. Loved your animal photos this morning, and have only seen a couple of them before. I see some videos through Facebook postings now and then. A bright spot in the day, for sure.
