Awwwwww. Those pictures were so darn sweet I think I am now diabetic. Can't stop smiling. That many legged bird cracked me up.
That's how I usually felt with my three little kids!!
Awwww!!! Great pics!!Take back your nest, swaddling, can you carry this--so many good ones! Hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving, Fran. :)
It was great!! Did you go to Dagan's?
Mamas love their babies.Love,Janie
Sometimes they're the ONLY ones who do!!
My heart melted. Again. And I smiled (again) at the picture of the bears where I am sure the young un is being taught to piddle standing up - like daddy.Great cartoons too Fran. Thank you.
Thank you (for the pictures)!! You just reminded me of this: I tried very hard to stop swearing when Nameless started to talk & was reasonably successful. Unfortunately, I cut my finger badly while I was preparing dinner. I reflexively said, “Shit!” I guess she heard me. She then went to use the potty by herself. She tried to urinate standing up. After all, if her daddy could do it, why couldn’t she? Then she found out why. Her little legs were all wet. She said “Shit!” just as her daddy was getting home from work & walking by the open bathroom door. He told her that we don’t talk that way in our house. She said, “Mommy does!”
Those pictures Sue sent you are over-the-top adorable. They're all so sweet, I couldn't possibly pick a favorite.Love the cartoons, too. It's a shame babies don't come with written instructions, isn't it? Somehow, we muddled through without screwing them up too badly...
By "we" I assume you're not including Hitler's mother!!
Those are too precious! The many-legged bird reminds me of the sandgrouse. The male flies to a watering hole and soaks up water in its feathers, then takes it back to the babies so they can drink. Animal dads are parents too, shockingly enough!
I had never heard of the sandgrouse--that's amazing!!
The wildlife photos are adorable, every one of them :)
That's why I put them ALL in!!
Those are the sweetest photos! Lisa
I thought so, too!!
Each photo is so full of love. Thank you so much for sharing them.
Du är mycket välkommen, min vän!!
Great photos of animal mommies.
